Surrounded by shrub-steppe and pine forest, the resort feels peaceful and secluded—yet downtown Winthrop is less than 10 minutes away.
All homes are located within the resort grounds, just steps from the spa and wellness center.

Sunflower Resort Deluxe Homes
Discover comfort and contemporary style in our two new, beautifully appointed homes, each offering 1,300 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. Each home features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining nook, and a serene living room filled with natural light and peaceful views.
The spacious primary suites include a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom also offers a king bed and its own full bathroom.
Step outside onto your upper-level deck or lower-level private patio to enjoy quiet morning sunrises on the southeast-facing side, or relaxing evenings at sunset, sheltered from the direct western sun.

The guest bedrooms have twin or queen beds and their own private 1/2 bath rignt near house entrance for maximal privacy between bedrooms.
